Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Academic Integrity and AI use for students

Greetings.

We are contributing to a Faculty-wide project aimed to strengthening graduate and undergraduate students’ knowledge and skills in academic integrity and the ethical use of AI in coursework. Before we begin, we are conducting a short, anonymous survey to assess students’ current knowledge and perceptions of academic integrity and AI use at FHS. At the end of the academic year, we will repeat the survey assessment to evaluate benefits of the project for students. This assessment will be done once with core UG and Grad classes in every major at FHS.

The project will equip course instructors to integrate academic integrity and ethical AI use into their teaching through tailored workshops. The instructors will then run classroom sessions that apply these concepts.

Please note that your responses to the survey will be anonymous (your names will not be seen and there are no identifiers). Results will be used for educational research and quality improvement purposes. Completing the questionnaire will take around 10 to 12 minutes.

There are 13 questions in this survey.
This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
