Student Survey Questionnaire - MS in Global Supply Chain Management

With the increased use of digital technologies and the expanding scope of business operations, supply chain management stands at the forefront of the global economy, making national boundaries irrelevant and companies and countries ever closer. 

Studies estimate global supply chain a $26 trillion per year industry, with an estimated 6-9 to 1 demand-to-supply ratio for supply chain specialists. Accordingly, the demand for supply chain specialists will continue to rise.

To increase the local and regional competences on sustainable social and environmental practices in the production, processing, and distribution systems of supply chains, leading partner institutions from the EU (Kedge Business School and University of Antwerp and the Middle East (American University of Beirut, Saint Joseph University, Princess Sumaya University of Technology, and Talal Abu Ghazaleh University College of Technology) are collaborating on developing a graduate program in supply chain management.

This MS program will have three tracks to address local and regional needs: food supply chain management, maritime and humanitarian logistics. This graduate program aims to answer global competition challenges and support Middle East countries' economic development policies by exploiting their unique geographic and economic assets. It will allow graduates to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance operational efficiency, improve consumer experience, enhance organizational responsiveness, build a network of resilience to severe supply chain disruptions, establish and manage long-term business relationships.

The new MS in Supply Chain Management (food, maritime, and humanitarian logistics) program is open to students from different majors.
