Consent to Participate in an Online Survey
MEPI – Tomorrow’s Leaders Gender Scholars Program
Please submit your answers to this survey if you have already completed the pre-assessment survey that was administered at the beginning of the Fall 2021 Semester (August/September 2021). In the first question, you will be asked to submit the 6-digit passcode that you generated in the pre-assessment survey earlier this semester.
Your passcode is important, as it will help the MEPI TLS research team to assess the pre-and post-assessment findings and analyze patterns. These results may be used to enhance the quality of the program.
You are asked to participate in a survey for the MEPI – Tomorrow’s Leaders Gender Scholars Program (TLS). The purpose of this survey is to understand changes in students’ views on gender, as well as improve the TLS program.
This survey is not a test or graded measure of your understanding of gender! What we want to hear from you are your genuine, honest thoughts on gender-related topics addressed by the TLS program.
- Please note that this survey is completely anonymous. Only the answers you provide in the survey will be collected and analyzed. The collected data will remain confidential and anonymous and will not be used for any publication. The MEPI-TLS research team will not collect your information. No one will have access to your name or contact details. As you are using a passcode, all personal data will accordingly be de-identified and thus, your answers cannot be linked to you in any way.
- Please answer this survey to the best of your knowledge. Your participation in this survey will not impact your enrollment in the MEPI-TLS program or your scholarship.
- Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You may choose to participate in this survey, and you may change your mind and at any moment withdraw from completing the survey simply by closing the browser window.
Completing the survey will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. You may complete this survey anytime between Wednesday 19 January 2022 and Monday 31 January 2022.
