Dear Faculty Members,

We are in the process of soliciting the feedback of the faculty members regarding the FMIS Faculty Annual Evaluation system, as per the recommendation of the BOD “to standardize and harmonize the FMIS requirements and resolve conflicts in the system with the support of the IT”, please fill the survey prior to November 4.
